Philly Countdown

Near the end of Fall, a co-worker/friend asked me to take some photos of her family at Bartram's Garden. It was my first time going to Bartram's Garden, and I am glad I have this memory to attach to it.

As much as we tried to get Kai to pose for "nice" family pictures, he was fascinated with dirt, leaves, and moving as quickly as he could in any given direction. He's my kind of kid.

And, I post today, with great affection for this friend who has taught me so much and listened so well. Thank you, Marquita.
